Taman Simalem Resort Tongging, Tongging

The resort is a massive paradise with loads of activities, perfect for a two-day stay. The rooms are comfortable with decent views of the lake, but the dining experience was a letdown. While the staff were generally helpful, improvements in service communication would make a big difference.

Our stay at the resort had its ups and downs. We loved the spacious, comfortable room with beautiful views of Lake Toba, and most of the staff were friendly and eager to help. However, the dining experience was underwhelming, with limited choices and additional charges. Also, the property was quite large, making transportation a bit of a hassle. Overall, while the resort has its charm, some improvements are necessary to match its price.
